COST OF USING STONE BARN RANCH

Stone Barn Ranch is the home of a couple who are supporters of Family Ministries,
a nonprofit organization that helps families in need and oversees Everlasting Hope
Orphanage School in Uganda. As a way of saying "thank you" to fellow donors, this couple
has offered their ranch for weddings and other special events. It is not available to rent,
but is offered at no cost to those who have donated at least $5500 to Family Ministries.
The following describes the details of what they offer to fellow donors:

Those who make donations totaling at least $5500 are offered:

1. A beautiful country setting for your ceremony and/or reception.

2. Ceremony and reception areas for rehearsal, set up, decorating, etc, are available for a total of 55 hours (Beginning at 10 AM Friday before and ending at 5 PM the Sunday following.) 

 The ceremony area seats 230 guests.

 The reception area has space for 230 seated including the head table.

 There is ample space for a dance floor. (Dance floors are available to rent from local suppliers.)

3. To provide the bride with a dressing room the day of the wedding. (Available day of wedding from noon until 10 PM. Includes bathroom to be used only by bride and bridesmaids while dressing.)

4. Modern restrooms.  

FEATURES

The Bride and Groom are responsible for the following:

1. To provide proof of Event Insurance covering all days of the event. (It must include coverage as outlined on the Insurance Page.) 

2. To provide a $250 cleaning deposit which will be returned the day after the wedding if the facility is in order.

3. To arrange their own linens, dishes, .silverware, caterer, DJ, photographer, etc.

4. To provide their own tables and chairs.

5. To arrange set up and tear down of tables & chairs

6. To secure a professional Wedding Coordinator for rehearsal and wedding

7. To provide their own food and beverages (Only bottled beer, wine, and champagne allowed. Hard liquor and open bars are not permitted.)
